Smoking is not allowed at anytime within the compound. (Fine $10,000RM) Parties and illegal activities are disallowed. Offenders will be reported to the police and Airbnb immediately.

Safety and security

always keep both doors locked whenever you leave the house. for your own safety

Environmental preservation

switch off all water heaters, a/c, lights, fans, appliances, and mains switches when not in use

Pest control

as we have a large garden, to reduce the occurrence of pest, cover all bins or tie up all trash bags when about to be left unattended. Tie up all trash bags and bring them outside the main gates daily

Noise pollution

some of our neighbors have young children. you should keep your volume down from
10pm to 10am

Use of Washing Machine

Read carefully before using the washing machine, to prevent water leakage, damage to property and the washing machine.

Step 1 – Connect Hose to Tap, OFF position

Step 2 – Connect Hose to Washing Machine

Step 3 – Turn on the Tap (only 20 degree; if you turn too much water will spray out due to high pressure)
